Purchasing & Shipping Information

Pricing Policy: Prices are listed in Canadian funds. International customers are responsible for duties and/or import taxes on goods arriving from Canada. In general, original fine art travels duty free while items such as giclées, reproductions, cards, etc. are subject to duties. For further information on customs regulations, research online or contact your customs office. Payment by PayPal.

Shipping: Artwork will be shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling expenses are to be assumed by the customer and will be calculated at the time of sale. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days.

Disclaimer:
While every attempt has been made to portray artwork true to the original, due to computer setting variances, colours may vary from one monitor to the next. Should you wish to visit West Wind Studio to view a work in person, please make an appointment.
Return Policy:
You may return a work purchased online for a full refund on the following basis: (i) The artwork must be paid for in full. (ii) You must notify me within 2 weeks of receipt of the work that you intend to return it. (iii) The artwork must be returned in its original condition. (iv) You pay for all shipping.
